We do offer custom printing of Hot Iron Transfer Patterns for both large and small volume needs. Please see the below information and let us know if you have any questions. We would be happy to help you with your project!
What we need from you to get started. Your digital artwork. The line width of the design is your choice. Leave a ½ inch border on the edges of your artwork. What you submit is exactly what will be printed. You may submit your artwork by e-mail or on a CD as a .TIF, .JPG or Adobe .PDF file. Make sure your file is at least 300 pixels/inch. Preferred method is a high resolution Adobe .PDF file.
If you are unable to submit digital artwork then our graphics department can create the digital files for you. Graphics artwork and other additional services are billed at a rate of $50.00/hour.
Hot-Iron Transfer Pattern Printing (small volume):
The below pricing is for very small runs. Please note that it is printed on regular white paper, the pattern is not folded or cut after printing, and the width is 1 inch shorter. These patterns will be shipped in a rolled condition in a mailing tube. We can only cut this size if your order is 100 sheets or more of the same version. This option uses a 4-color process printer so we can print in various colors (printed color may not match screen color so there will be some variance if any color besides black is used in your digital file. Hint... black transfers best for embroidery patterns). Lead time is approximately 1-3 days after the artwork is received.

Hot-Iron Transfer Pattern Printing (high volume):
Essentially our high volume pricing is based upon our standard 18x24 inch sheet of newsprint which is the exact size of our Aunt Martha’s® embroidery transfer patterns and your patterns are printed on the same offset press that we use for our own patterns. The minimum amount we can print is 1,250 18x24 inch sheets. If you have different designs that can fit onto smaller sheets then we can print those designs 2-up or 4-up on the same 18x24 inch sheet and cut the sheet in half (12x18 inch) or quarters (9x12 inch).
The below prices include the cost of the paper (32 lb. Newsprint), black heat transfer ink (this is the ONLY color we can use), printing, folding or cutting. The cost of printing plates is waived for higher quantity orders. Freight is FOB Kansas City (actual shipping cost will be added, sorry no free shipping option). Lead time is 3-4 weeks after the artwork is received. A 10% down payment is due with purchase order, remaining balance and freight charges due prior to shipping.
